When does Accommodation.cy launch?

We’re preparing the full platform now. Rather than guess at a date, we’ll tell everyone who has registered as soon as it’s ready. Founding owners will hear first, so their listings can be set up before travellers arrive.

Is the technology already built?

Yes. The directory and booking technology behind Accommodation.cy already exists, including site-wide availability search. What we’re doing now is preparing it for Cyprus and welcoming the first property owners.

What will it cost to list my property?

Registering your interest is free and doesn’t commit you to anything. We’ll share full pricing with registered owners before launch, so you can decide with all the details in front of you.

Can I keep using other booking platforms?

Of course. Accommodation.cy is designed to be a direct channel that sits alongside whatever you already use, not something that asks you to give anything up.

Who can list?

Owners and managers of holiday accommodation anywhere in Cyprus: villas, apartments, holiday homes, hotels and other types of stay. You’ll need to meet the licensing and registration requirements that apply to your property, and we’ll go through what we need from you during onboarding.

What happens to my details?

We use them only for what you signed up for: launch updates for travellers, and contact about listing for owners. Every signup is confirmed by email first, and you can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details at any time. Our privacy notice has the full picture.
